About the pretrained models' license

I've got a question as I've skimmed through your research paper, and there's a mention on the DeepFashion dataset. The dataset itself seems not to be usable for commercial purposes based on their website.

So I was wondering whether, regardless of the apache open source code license, and by using some of the pretrained models that you provide based on such dataset, would I be constrained by the same limitation and not being able to use such models for commercial applications?
