Add support for newer versions of Jetbrains IDEs

What is the underlying problem you're trying to solve?

The Open Policy Agent plug-in on JetBrains IDEs does not support the newer versions. Every time I open Goland I have a message stating that the plugin does not support my version. This makes it harder to edit rego files since they are treated as plain text files when the plug-in is disabled.

The is updated to support newer versions of the IDEs

The plugin makes at least syntax highliting.

Hi @cxMiguelSilva, and thanks for opening an issue. That plugin is however managed separately from OPA, and there's already an open issue in that repo for this request. This should be fixed in the next few days from what I can tell.
