Needed where:

  • users who don't have Xcode installed, or are unfamiliar with its use
  • users who cannot/don't use Mac App Store
  • Mac App Store releases are delayed
  • Binaries needed for both FlowAllocator and FlowWorth

Also, update docs to reflect availability.
