Tracking issue project board and assignees for an Issue

An issue was created to upgrade MI tool so that we can track features like linked project board, assignees for corresponding issue. Once this issue is merged we can update this notebook to track the related metrics from thoth-station/support repo.
Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity.
Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale.
Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close.
