provide internal build or tag to generate snappi SDK for different Model branch

According to my observation if someone defined a model, he/ she first create a branch in the OTG model repo. At the same time they have to provide some UT / JSON as an example. They have only one option to run snappi repo locally to generate SDK. I found they have difficulty:

• Create dev setup for snappi
• Issue in version incompatibility (openapiart)
• Not pointing proper yaml

So, I am thinking if snappi build process have one input option for name of the model branch ( default point to main). And generate private SDK.
