field_amenities_icon should not be required by default as it's not being used on LB components

After a fresh install, I noticed that field_amenities_icon in the Amenities taxonomy is required.
I'll be using the Layout Builder approach on the site and the icons are not needed.
I'd like to propose making this field optional.
