Auto-generate OBS service files

The XML service files could be auto-generated from the clap command object (akin to what clap_mangen does), this would ensure they are always up-to-date.

As a side note, having these up-to-date is important to be able to use the service server-side (as part of a CI/SCM workflow for example).

Since this service only now requires one or two lines and made auditing no-op, we don't have to generate service files for this as it's only a few lines.
