Repo URL in root.tar.bz2 for openSUSE-42.2 broken

In root.tar.bz2 etc/zypp/repos.d/oss-update.repo has
http://download.opensuse.org/update/42.2/
but it should be
http://download.opensuse.org/update/leap/42.2/oss/
It is more clear in case of using repo mirrors.
