Currently this project cannot be correctly installed by the means described in the README. Thus we should fix that.

$ pip3.6 install https://github.com/openSUSE/sle-prjmgr-tools

I created a webhook with my account on OBS. Since the token is in my name I hold the secret for the webhook. Please contact me if it is needed for a re-setup.

PyPi project received its inital push and I created an environment secret for GitHub Actions with the token that is allowed to push there. If someone desires to be added to said PyPi package please contact me.
