Adapt the SBP stylesheets in 2.87.0

Problem Description

Some smaller layout issues needs to be adapted in the SBP stylesheets:

• HTML

  • Check author information: it is right-aligned at least in the MFAD example - is this wanted?
    Seems it is also right-aligned with more authors - fix it to left-alignment?
  • Put a colon and a space between Author and the authors information
  • Date is also right-aligned - do we want that? Fix it to left alignment?

• PDF

  • Fix broken PDF generation (empty fo:block-container?)
  • Add date content on page 2
  • Add translated string "date" before the <date> tag
  • Add line break between authors
    (currently the authors information shows up without line breaks between the different authors
  • Make author information be right-aligned (seems to be centered currently)

Expected Behaviour

All remaining issues are fixed.
