Trollolo isn't packaged in openSUSE Leap or Tumbleweed

I wanted to install and test trollolo today but it doesn't have an openSUSE package :-) I don't like using 3rd party software managers so maybe having it packaged in openSUSE would be a nice enhancement. :-)

You could run it from sources in git. I think that's what at least some of us
are doing.
Packaging Ruby gems is generally painful, so I'm not sure there'll be somebody
with the motivation to do so.
