why no datelocal?

👋 here! Maybe I miss some news but I'm wondering why there's only date UTC returned by https://api.openaq.org/v1/measurements?country=IN&city=Chennai&limit=10&page=1? The docs still mention both local and UTC dates should be returned?

Hi Maelle, we're working on some database improvements and date.local was unintentionally dropped. We're working on a fix, will let you know when it's back to normal!
