FM System Does not work with SSL

The Fault Management system only appears to work with the NFVO on port 8080 (http), and not 8443 (SSL). Similar issue recorded (and acknowleged) on autoscaling engine.

I originally set up openbaton to work on port 8080, but had to move it to SSL because one of my subcomponents required it (I cannot remember now which one...might be generic vnfm driver, or zabbix plugin). So I can't turn the 8443 off, as I need it to deploy instances.

But I cannot evaluate ASE or this FMS unless we can get it to work on an SSL-configured NFVO.
