Unable create VLAN via IPMI

Unable to create VLAN via IPMI.
Getting following error: LAN Parameter Data does not match! Write may have failed.
Pre-Condition:
BMC is in static mode.

LAN Parameter Data does not match! Write may have failed.
Expectation:
Once VLAN configuration command is run, we should not get error message.
And BMC should get configured with VLAN 53
And Should inherit primary interface properties like IP, net-mask & gateway.
