Describe the bug
Got an error saying the raw directory doesn't exits
https://github.com/openclimatefix/Satip/blob/main/satip/app.py#L136
This might happen if there are no raw files, the folder might get delete
This raw directory disappeared - "s3://nowcasting-sat-development/raw"
This, I think, has a life cycle on it
