Detailed Description

Remove pv database, that we dont use any more.

Context

we current have a databases for

  1. gsp forecast, and truths
  2. pv data
  3. pv site data, forecast and truths
    We want to remove 2.

Possible Implementation

  • remove from PVConsumer - #376
  • upgrade from PVnet1 to use new pv database - or make decision not to run it
  • remove actual database
  • Need api > 1.3.36

done all on development
