Rename 4.6.0 to 5.0.0

Due to huge amount of backward-incompatible changes (changed package names in all modules, new way of repacking third party libraries, minimized jars) version 4.6.0 must be renamed to 5.0.0, to follow the semantic versioning (semver.org).
