QoS packet marking/remarking for L2/L3 packets

How do we support marking and remarking for different packet types using qos yang?
I don't see any qualifier for CoS (TOS) for l2 packet.
Is the configuration same for table & flow based classification?

Hi @cosmos2k17 can you give an example of a configuration you want to perform? Perhaps using some native CLI example would help me understand what you want to do.
