Provide option to prevent double encryption

Although it is certainly possible to encrypt files multiple times, just by visually inspecting the files, it is not obvious how many times the corresponding decryption needs to occur.
Add option to detect when encrypting an already encrypted file, and fail on this case with some decent error message
