你可以升级 CurveAdm 到 v0.3.0 版本后，再重新尝试进行卸载：

CURVEADM_VERSION=v0.3.0-rc10 curveadm -u

如果以上这个方法仍不奏效，你可以尝试手动卸载，在你挂载文件系统的目标机器上查找对应的容器并删除它：

docker ps -a | grep filesystem

以上这个命令你可能会看到一个处于 Create 状态的容器，你可以手动删除它，并在此之后使用 CurveAdm 再次进行 umount
