Duplicate Term Creation Lacks User Notification within a same namespace.

When attempting to create a term with the same name within the same namespace, the system correctly prevents the creation. However, it does not notify the user about this behavior, leading to confusion.
Expected Behavior:
The web interface should display an error message when a user tries to create a duplicate term within the same namespace, clearly indicating that the term already exists.
Current Behavior:
- No error message or notification is displayed to the user.
