Cleanup the attribution table and check the Qid
Cleaned attribute table. @jinoytommanjaly can you verify the QID ?
Checked: The Qid of Kothamangalam needs correction. It's Q16135561.
Then noticed some issues with the labels. Spelling Issues with 17 items with WD. Needs to be checked.
