23.03 Bouncing green square

Hi,
I updated my instances to 23.03 and just found that trying to view a cabinet row just shows the bouncing green square.
I just reproduced it with the demo instance as well: https://demo.opendcim.org/rowview.php?row=1
Each cabinet itself can be viewed fine.

Oops. Looks like I didn't completely finish upgrading all of the API routes from Slim Framework v2 to v3 format.

Audited the other files. Only the getRoutes.php was in a partially migrated state.
