Upper bound for geoalchemy

Currently geoalchemy's version has an upper bound <= 0.4.1. Is there any reason for this limitation?

If I recall this correctly, this is the version range ego.io was tested with. As there're no unit tests, this was introduced to avoid incompatibilities.
I guess it will work with later versions but haven't tested.. I don't mind if you go ahead with #72
