Suffolk 2020 Primary Discrepancies

From @Tim-Healy:

There are discrepancies on the PDF for Suffolk County in New York that I noticed when I was double-checking my csv. There is a table at the top of each race and then another one at the bottom, and they don’t match for all candidates. I checked a few races row-by-row and the table at the bottom of each race matches the sum of all the votes in the election districts listed. My csv adds up to match those numbers. The numbers in the summary tables at the top of each race are off for four presidential candidates and four Congressional candidates, mostly by one vote, although sometimes by eight votes. Here are the discrepancies:

Candidate Row Totals PDF summary Difference
Bernie Sanders 13933 13934 1
Deval Patrick 116 124 8
Joseph R. Biden 76803 76804 1
Tom Steyer 91 83 -8
Perry Gershon 17295 17296 1
Andrew R. Garbarino 11330 11335 5
Mike Li Petri 5409 5410 1
Patricia Maher 7007 7008 1
