Can not inherit python_hatchling

Hi,
I am trying to use python3-pydantic_2.4.2.bb but, it complain do not inherit python_hatchling class.
So, I check where it define but, could not find any python_hatchling.bbclass or definition.
How can I use python3-pydantic_2.4.2.bb ?
