What is the `country_conf`?

Hey mordecai devs, thanks for putting together a great tool!

I'm trying to get to the bottom of what country_conf actually is...

I'm pretty sure this is not coming from the NER model as I know it is not trivial to get confidence from the spaCy en_core_web_xx models. Is there some witchcraft you have in place to get this, or is it perhaps the relevance score coming back from elasticsearch?

I did search in the source code, but the three mentions it found didn't look too helpful!

I know this is quite old (a year and a half), but for anyone finding this later, this appears to be a confidence level for the given country.
