Hover interaction on API endpoints is clumsy, and no feedback on clipboard button

Issue:

• Hover interaction shouldn't move chevron on accordion
• Clipboard button needs to be styled with equal padding/margins, shouldn't grow in width on hover
• Clipboard button needs a label signaling that it will copy the endpoint name
• Clicking on clipboard button should prompt user with some feedback that it was successful
• Outline on click should be styled to match website colour scheme
