Adjust ListObjects/ListUsers Docs

We need to better explain the use case and add a model before explaining how to call the API. These are docs people will read to understand how to use the feature but they are focused on just calling the API.

A PR for the listUsers updates has been created here: #821

Once that PR has been reviewed and adjusted as needed I can use the final result of that PR as a reference to open a PR for listObjects aligned with the changes merged for listUsers
