Allow moderators to delete a product from the product edit form

Problem
- When entering from Nutri-Patrol, you enter edit mode
- If you want to delete the product, you need to exit edit mode, and then hit the delete button.
- Add a button in Edit mode to delete the product: https://world.openfoodfacts.org/cgi/product.pl?type=edit&code=03214589

- Have you found the files you need to edit ? (Some pointers are available here, you can find the file based on the issue's label: https://github.com/openfoodfacts/openfoodfacts-server/blob/main/.github/labeler.yml)

I've successfully set up the project on my local machine, and everything is running fine so far.
I haven't fully explored the files that need to be edited yet, but I’m sure I can manage it. If I run into any issues, I'll reach out for help in the Slack channels.
