Hi, and thanks a lot for the amazing work going into the ofBook!
I have one feature request: Hiding the sidebar when the width of the viewport goes below a certain threshold. I am often in the situation where I keep the book open on one side of the screen and my code on the other side. This leads to part of the text of the book being obscured by the sidebar. See screenshot:
