@joanma747 identified several areas of confusion requiring improvements to the text. These have been split into 8 separate sub-issues:
7. Can you add CIS to the bibliography?
@joanma747 I agree. But if we remove any text that refers to future improvements, there will be no reference at all to CIS.
Still, I would insist on requesting this. I'm sure that some of you if not all have read the CIS to compare with coverageJSON, so, in practice the document has been used as bibliography. However the previous sentence represents only my opinion.
