BoreholeEventCollection should point to TrajectoryReferent

Working on this with Mickaël using 'COSC_specimen.yaml' as a basis, it seems we should point to TrajectoryReferent and not TrajectoryDistance. Indeed pointing to TrajectoryDistance, we declare distanceAlong once and from it traversing to TrajectoryReferent then TrajectoryPosition we, again have to express distanceAlong (this is not in the current version of the yaml file).

Leuven physical meeting : issue faced both whil doing Eric & Sylvain's example -> agreed to have the association pointing directly to TrajectoryReferent
