SHACL links broken

The hyperlink given for the 1.1 SHACL validator in the 1.1 Spec is broken:

It seems the hyperlink generation in HTML is adding the ";" so we have

http://www.opengis.net/ont/geosparql;

not

http://www.opengis.net/ont/geosparql

Additionally, the hyperlink to the SHACL artifact from the OGC Rainbow that one gets when going to http://www.opengis.net/ont/geosparql is broken:

http://www.opengis.net/ont/geosparql

goes to

http://defs.opengis.net/vocprez/object?uri=http://www.opengis.net/def/geosparql/validator

which lists

has artifact https://github.com/opengeospatial/ogc-geosparql/master/1.1/validator.ttl

which gives "Not Found"

it should be ???? - we seem to have lost our validator.ttl file...

Hi @nicholascar I moved the validator file in the vocabulary folder. Did we not want to link to the deployed Files in the gh-pages branch?
