View Sessions button appears at unexpected position

Describe the bug
This behavior was detected on Beta environment (https://cite.ogc.org/te2/).

The "View Sessions" button appears when logging in to TEAM Engine and accessing the landing page again.
Currently, the button is displayed in the middle right below the header which is an unexpected position.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Login on https://cite.ogc.org/te2/.
  2. Access https://cite.ogc.org/te2/ again.
  3. Button is displayed at wrong position.

Expected behavior
It is expected that the button is positioned right above the "Available Test Suites".
