Describe the bug
Report details link points to broken locations. This applies only to TestNG based test suites.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Details page of a TestNG test, e.g. ets-ogcapi-processes.
  2. Click on Details ↗.
  3. The link is broken.

Expected behavior
The link should point to a valid Web resource.
