Please support the new EZSP V9 Firmware(s)

Caused this Error Message
2022-10-05 11:02:50.424 [ERROR] [zigbee.dongle.ember.ZigBeeDongleEzsp] - EZSP Dongle: NCP requires unsupported version of EZSP (required = V9, supported = V4)
2022-10-05 11:02:57.774 [ERROR] [b.core.io.console.ConsoleInterpreter] - An error occurred while executing the console command.
This needs to be added to the library so can be discussed here -:
zsmartsystems/com.zsmartsystems.zigbee#1332
For now I would suggest to stick with V7 of EZSP - there is limited gain in changing.
