[BUG] After deleting a message in a session using deleteMessageFromLocalStorage(conversationID, clientMsgID), it will still display when re entering the session

The phenomenon is just like my title，by using deleteAllMsgFromLocalAndSvr(conversationID,clientMsgID), I can avoid the problem I mentioned, but I only want to delete local messages instead of deleting both local and server-side messages together
