Unable to create consistent RTSP feed for Zoneminder/VLC

I am unable to get a consistent stream setup with 2 separate wyzecam v2 cameras. I've tried both MJPEG and 264 streams and neither is reliable and rarely will they both work at the same time.
Image from zoneminder logs if that helps at all.
