v2 cam not worth to use over v1 cam yet

I have a question: the two important features that seem to be still not working in the v2 hack are full resolution and automatic night mode like in the v1 mode.
I was going to add/swap my 4 v1 cams for v2. Should I wait till these issues are fully ironed out?
