Improve load time of supporter list in admin view

Problem
The supporter list in the admin view loads slowly. This is likely a result of active and display being editable in the list view.

The list is likely to be more heavily used by Paula and others in the LPS drive, as it is now the only way to access full supporter data.

Proposed solution
Remove the editable flag for these fields.
