Missing items in email log

There seems to be a bug where not all emails are being registered in the log properly. See in the screenshots below:
Image 1 is the email an editor receives acknowledging that a review assignment is complete.

Images 2 and 3 show the article log entry “Review Complete,” but the entry is not an email, which means the relevant email is missing from the log.

Image 4 shows the email templates for these two emails missing from the log.
