Update the typesetting interface to display the typesetting_guide setting

Currently there is no bespoke, per journal, guide for typesetters. This setting exists (typesetting_guide). This setting should display on the typesetting interface.
- Update the default for this setting to be something useful
- Make the setting display on the interface
