the postgis/postgis:14-3.2 is no longer supported ( no security or other updates ) based on the https://github.com/postgis/docker-postgis repo changes.
so please update from 14-3.2 to 14-3.3 ( Postgis 3.3.1 )
for testing, there is a postgis/postgis:15beta4-3.3 test image.
