v0.3.7 passes on the first submission and encounter error again?

@clarkliming Yeah exactly. (I suspect it might be due to more general problems in R-devel / inconsistent compilation of Matrix and TMB dependencies)
As long as we don't get an email from CRAN on this I consider this as "transient and spurious" :)
