Create single command to run ngx.-sample-lua-bt and fix-lua-bt together

There doesn't seem to be a reason to require the extra step and people commonly forget the second part.

Thank you for the suggestion. But for the time being, I'd rather keep them as two separate scripts. The user is encouraged to wrap them two into a single simple shell script herself.
