Cancelled or unconfirmed user reviews requests workflow

- I cancelled the report because the user supplied an incorrect email and it bounced.
- The site is listed as "unblocked requested"
- Thus I don't seem able to file a new request, and nor can the user
What's the workflow here? And what is the workflow with 'unconfirmed users'? Do these requests get flushed out so new ones can be filed? (If so, I would suggest 2-3 days is plenty of time for that.)
I found the "resend" facility btw so did that re the report above. It does leave a problem for a user who makes a mistake tho, and also doesn't give an option to cancel and 'clear' the report after an email bounce.
Reports from unverified users will get cancelled down after 14 days. They are sent reminder emails after 1 and 7 days.
If their email bounces, there's no (current) way for the user to claim ownership of the report and cancel/amend it. The only thing they can do is wait.
We can change the timeout to something much shorter.
Is there a way for a report to be auto-cancelled when a bounce occurs?
@dantheta It looks to me that 'cancelled' reports don't allow resubmission from the front end, see for instance: https://www.blocked.org.uk/site/http://www.surfshark.com
