Footer page numbers not appearing after using PdfConverter

I am using PdfConverter (version 2.0.4) to convert a docx file to pdf. In the footer I have page numbers set up, however nothing renders. I have seen similar issues listed here however they seem to be about showing incorrect page numbers. I have attached a sample file with page numbers in the footer

I think it is a bug with PdfConverter, any contribution are welcome!
