This is ideally done as part of a build step. I started this, but somehow haven't gotten the analytics variable pushed through to the running app process.

The goal is to use a Heroku Environment Variable, e.g. GOOGLE_ANALYTICS_ID to feed and populate the template, so we can keep that specific to the analytics account.
