the code "HVOsmsa" is not explained in the Oshm.xml file
and more

morph HC/Vqi1cp/Sp3ms

when do you update the Oshm.xml file?

Oshm.xml still has to be regenerated from the completed morphology.

Oshm.xml has been updated to version 2.0.
